Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.
Business Information: Details you provide about your business to configure your AI receptionist, such as business name, industry, and FAQs.
Conversation Data: Messages exchanged between your website visitors and your AI receptionist, including any contact information visitors voluntarily share.
Payment Information: Billing information processed through PayPal. We do not directly store credit card numbers.

AI Receptionist's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you connect your Google Calendar, we access only your calendar's free/busy availability for the sole purpose of providing the appointment-scheduling feature you request. We practice strict data minimization: only derived availability (open time slots) is used to schedule appointments — we do not read or transmit event titles, descriptions, attendees, or any other calendar content.

To power scheduling conversations, this availability information may be processed by our third-party AI language model provider (OpenAI, accessed via the Abacus.AI platform). These are enterprise API services that do not use data submitted through their APIs to train or improve their generalized AI/ML models. Google user data obtained through Google APIs is never used for training generalized AI/ML models, never sold, never transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide the feature you requested, and never used for advertising.

You can disconnect your Google Calendar at any time from your dashboard, which immediately revokes our access to your Google data. When you disconnect, or when you delete your account, we delete the stored Google OAuth tokens associated with your account. We do not store copies of your Google Calendar data on our servers: availability is fetched in real time only when needed to schedule an appointment, and OAuth tokens are the only Google data we retain while your calendar is connected. You may also request deletion of any of your data at any time by contacting us at the email in the Contact section below.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
