1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Receptionist at aireceptionist.fit (the "Service"), operated by Trade Media Group LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Receptionist is a software-as-a-service platform that enables businesses to create and deploy AI-powered chat receptionists on their websites. The Service includes AI conversation capabilities, lead capture, analytics, and customizable chat widgets.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Starter Plan ($12/month): Includes a 7-day free trial. 1 AI receptionist and 50 conversations per month.
Professional Plan ($59/month): Up to 5 AI receptionists, 100 voice interactions/mo, priority support.
Enterprise Plan ($179/month): Unlimited receptionists, 500 voice interactions/mo, dedicated support.

Payments are processed through PayPal. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Impersonate any person or entity
Transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
Use the AI to generate spam, phishing, or deceptive content
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you provide to configure your AI receptionist (business info, FAQs, etc.). You grant us a license to use this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

7. AI-Generated Responses

The AI receptionist generates responses based on the information you provide and general AI capabilities. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI-generated responses will be error-free. You are responsible for reviewing and monitoring the conversations your AI receptionist conducts.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade Media Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.
